Ooooh it was SO good to be at the nooner again! 6 am open gym time is a little quieter, hehehe.
I did Thursdays WOD today.
A.77.5 # , and i managed a 1RM at 80#
B. the KB bench press with bands was with 20#DB’s, pendlay rows and good mornings were at 60#
FUN!!!
