B. For time:
Row 500 m, then:
3 rounds of:
15 barbell push presses
15 box jumps (may be scaled to step-ups)
Then:
Row 500 m
(i.e. You only row once at the beginning and once at the end.)

A: 70# it’s been awhile since I’ve done OHS I found them tough today but I suffered through them!
B: 9:44 I used 55# for the push press and used the 16inch box for the box jumps
A. Yes, it has been some time since my last OHS. 3 x 3 @ 95#. I feel like I should have been able to go heavier, but my wrists beg to differ.
B. 11:54 or something like that. I used 85# for the PP and a 20″ box and it was tough. Was fun watching Kelly (huge BJ PR!!!) and Melissa throw down.
A. OH squats – 3×3 at 155 lbs. Wrists are still a bit tight, but it was manageable. I could possibly have gone a bit heavier, but thought I’d be conservative today.
B. Ran out of time for this one… maybe Friday.
10:24 with 45# DBs rather than a barbell, as they were easier on the wrists. Rows were 1:39 and 1:40. 24 ” box.
