A. Increase to working weight, then do 3 sets at that weight of the following complex: 1 press + 2 push presses + 3 push jerks.
B. Three rounds, not for time of:
6 good mornings (increase weight from last week)
ME ring rows
25 GHD situps.
C. 3×5 KB overhead squats (1 KB).
Today was fun
A) Worked up to 60# working weight
B) Used 60# for the good mornings ( 5# increase from last time)
ME ring-rows were 12-15-12
GHD sit ups I did 15 instead of the 25 as I have only done 10’S previously.
C) These were interesting. I managed to do the first set with 20#DB then moved down to 15# for the last 2 sets. Then after that I tried a set of two handed with 10#.
Those are intense!
A. Worked up to 40# working weight, not my best, but not feeling strong today.
B. Used 70# for good mornings, Ring Rows were 10-12-10. I did 20 GHD sit-ups for 3 sets.
C. I struggle with form in overhead squats and have to keep working on my mobility issues.

B. Used 125# for the good mornings, more horizontal than usual ring rows (6, 6, 5.5) and 25 GHD sit-ups per round. Very happy with the sit-ups as I have never been able to do so many unbroken before, and never dreamed I could do 3 sets of 25 in one workout.
C. 15, 26, 26. Humbling.
