A. Take 15-20 minutes to find your 1 rep max clean.
B. Working with a partner:
Run 400 m
Alternating with your partner, push the sled a total of 4 lengths (2 per partner).
Run 200 m.
Alternating with your partner, push the sled a total of 4 lengths (2 per partner).
Run 100 m.
Alternating with your partner, push the sled a total of 2 lengths (1 per partner).
Run 100 m.
The sled weight should be heavy.

A. Worked up to 60lbs but I still have to work on control and form.
B. Renee was my partner! We used 90lbs for the sled push. I don’t know what our time was but it was gruelling!
