Skill work of your choice, plus a conditioning workout from earlier this week OR an entire workout from earlier this week.

I chose Thursdays…
A. Clean – every 90 sec for 5 rounds, do 2 squat cleans. Weights should be in the 70% range.
B. 10×250 m row, rest 1 min between rounds.
Soooo for
A. i used 65#, felt good…i really like these timing workouts.
B.10:14, this was a first for me, it was good. Wish I would have been there back in May to see the difference…but there will be a next time!

I chose Tuesdays WOD
A. Pull-up strength –
3×10 ring scapular pull-ups
4×5 reverse row sit backs
3 jumping ring pull-up negatives. I missed these… didn’t see them on the board.
B. 3 rounds, not for time:
8 DB presses (standing) with 3-5 sec negative with 20#
5 single leg deadlifts with 2 KBs at 26#
3 skin-the-cats…. This scared me to begin with… but they are fun!! I need to learn control with them, but I DID THEM!!
Love it today! It was so much fun.

I did parts of two wods this week… back squats and the dbpress single leg deadlifts and skin the CAT! did the squat ladder finished 215 # pr! ( thank you Colin and Lisa for spotting)
second part was challenging in the single leg DL’s ….overall pretty good day!!!
