I chose the workout from Wednesday. A. Push press. Heavy set of 5 and used 55lbs which is a new PR for me! Yaaayyy! B. Used 40lbs for the slow negative work, 2×3 push presses C. 15lb DB for split lunges and bench presses with a slow negative. 20lbs for rows.
