A. Got up to 85# but it was slow and ugly so repeated but it didn’t improve.
B. Better than last week. Used 15#: 10, 9, 10.
C. Couldn’t do 44# half snatches without harming myself so went with 35 for those. 44 for everything else. Only took a couple of very short breaks. 7:48 or something like that. Fun one, but next time I’ll try harder for the 44# half snatches. Was fun working out with the noon ladies!

C. 26# KB, and have the bruises to prove it – clearly need to work on proper form!! WHOOPS! Not sure of my time, but it was a fun one anyways!
