A. Back squat – 1×5@70%, 1×5@80%, 1×3@90%, 1×1@100%.
B. 3 rounds, with a partner:
Wheelbarrow (1 lap of the gym) – each person must walk as the wheelbarrow the length of the gym and back, then switch roles.
6 laps farmer carry with one heavy DB or KB (3 lengths per arm) / Other partner skips.
25 situps / Other partner holds dip support (ideally on the rings, but scale it accordingly).
A. This was modified for me – but i did work up to 95#.

B. I only did half a length of the wheelbarrow. 44# KB. Round 1. 25 sit ups, Round 2. 15 sit ups, and round 3. 9 sit ups

B). Partnered up with Melanie. I’m not very happy with my endurance for the wheelbarrows. Oh well, one of many things to keep working on. 60# KB for the farmer carry.

A. Back squats were done with 100% as 150#, but these seemed easy so I threw an extra 10lbs on just for fun to push just a little bit more right at the end.
B. Loved this partner workout, it was a lot fun! Mara
was a great partner and we finished in 22:49 with 70# Kettlebell. I felt as if the farmer carry part was defiantly the easiest for me as I do this movement day in and day out bringing 40L milk pails out to the calves! It’s a little difficult trying to juggle my schedule to get to classes these days but I really enjoy working out with everyone and not being all my my lonesome! Hope to see you ladies Friday!
