A. 3 position snatch – work up to a heavy set, then do 2 drop sets at a lighter weight.
B. Burpee/Russian KB swing ladder – i.e. In the first minute, do 1 burpee. In the second minute, do 2 swings, etc., until you cannot complete the required work in the allotted minute.
A. 80#, then drop sets at 70#. Felt really good today, even dropping under the bar.
B. 15 + 15. Soooo close to 16. Grrr. Used the 70# KB.
A) 95# then dropped to 85# & 75#.
B) 16+13 with the 70# KB
