A) 185….this was a PR using a split jerk. The weight was moving easy today.
B) 7:08 off my PR by ~10 seconds, i was rushing to get my workout in and didn’t warm up properly and paid for that mistake. Thanks to Mara and Melissa for sticking around to cheer me on
A. Used 105#. Felt good, like there is improvement happening.
B. I was looking for some record of a 2k row, and the only one I can find is from Feb. 2011 at 9:04. So my 8:09 today was good, though I was hoping to break 8:00. Still have the Fran cough. Glad Melissa was there to suffer through it with me. I find this to be a horrible distance.
And darn it, I am missing the deadlifts again!
