A) Stopped at 70# because I felt that I was unable to keep stability in my arms/shoulders/back. I’m really liking this move.

B) Needs alot of work.
C) 6:58, which is about 20 secs off the last time I did these (so either I’m a bit faster or I counted wrong); 20#x2 DB
So glad Kristie came this morning because I didn’t want to do these by myself.
A. Got up to 55#. Need to work on this more to get my wrist use to this movement.
B. Did these with a Dowel and 15# bar

oops I did C. in 8.50
A. Got to 95#, just barely. Would have liked to have gone heavier, but today was not the day.
B. Used the 15# bar and plates under my heels. Mobility is not so good. 10, 9, 10.
C. 7:15 using 25# DB. This was a 9 second PR. Considering how my shoulders feel after yesterday, I’m quite happy with that.
