Got to 95#, just barely. Would have liked to have gone heavier, but today was not the day. B. Used the 15# bar and plates under my heels. Mobility is not so good. 10, 9, 10. C. 7:15 using 25# DB. This was a 9 second PR. Considering how my shoulders feel after yesterday, I’m quite happy with that.
