A. Up to 115# a couple of times, neither particularly pretty. But at least I’m not pressing out like I used to.
B. 14:08 (I think) using 95#, DU and not very high wall walks.
A). Tried up to 90# but 80# is where i could keep some kind of form,
B). 9:40ish. 55# for my cleans, 2 wall walks each set. 200 single skips to finish.
