A. Deadlift – 7×2 @75% every 2 minutes.
B. For time:
20 plate burpees (these showed up in FrostFit last year)
20 pull-ups
Shuttle run 10 laps
20 toes-to-bar
Shuttle run 10 laps
20 knees-to-elbows
Shuttle run 10 laps.
***The gym will be open this evening, regardless of the weather. If you can make it, great. If not, no worries. There’s probably some snow that needs shoveling anyway. Be safe!

A). 125# for my dead lifts.
B). 10 something minutes. Ring rows instead of pull ups. Legs up instead of toes to bar. Sit ups instead of knees to elbows.

B) 10 something mins as. 12 pulls ups with black band instead of 20, legs/knees up instead of T2B and sit ups instead of knee to elbows.
I have a fear of pull ups, but I will conquer it!!
