A. 75#, not quite 80% but I could kind of get under it.
B. 15#. Not so good until Colin got me using a 2 x 6 underfoot.
C. 4 + 29, using 50# DB and chest-to-deck push-ups. The snatches were really hard and i almost had to drop the weight to 45 because at one point in the second round I wasn’t sure I could complete another rep. Really intimidated me badly, but I eventually made it through.
A) 55# for snatch
B) 35# for the sots, managed to get 13/10/8
C) 5+7 using 25# and doing push ups on a box.

C) 4+11 with 50# DB. Coach seems to think I need a heavier DB. I find that exciting.
A. I kept adding weights throughout the rounds because I was too slow warming up, so 55#, 65#, 75# These felt really good today!
B. Sots press- 8x 35#, 10 x 25#, 5x 25# Last time I did these they were a heck of a lot easier, couldn’t get in a good position
C. 5 + 15 using 30#DB and push-ups done from the floor
