A) Turkish get-up. I only went up to 12# but I was focusing on form. B) Since I missed on her on Tuesday, I did Grace. 5:51 @ 75# I could have gone heavier… I think. C) 3 Rounds of scap pull-ups/ scap push-ups 25 GHD hip extensions I really enjoyed today!
