A. Pull-up strength work –
i) 3×20 seconds up and down. Try increasing the resistance on the way down, either with weight or a partner.
ii) 3xME Chin-over-bar hold
iii) Accumulate 2 minutes in an active hang.
B. 8 rounds of:
1 length sled pull facing forward
1 length sled pull facing backward, with a row
8 laps farmer’s carry (2xDB or KB).
I am sad that I am not able to come in for the last WOD before Christmas. My poor family has been hit with a Gastro Flu.

B. 10:20, using 90# on sled and 60# DB for farmer’s carries. Colin twisted my arm to get me to use the 60’s, and it was tough but do-able. Thanks for the push (I think?) Colin!
