A. Work up to a heavy (but not maximal) set of 2 (1 per leg) in the behind-the-neck split jerk. Do another 2 sets at that weight. Focus on the drive and speed under the bar.
B. For time:
50 double-unders, then:
10 to 1 of:
DB clean and push press/push jerk
Toes-to-bar;
Then:
100 double-unders.

A) worked up to 135# but it felt so slow so I went back down to 105# and worked up to 125# again. It felt like everything was smoked from yesterday and I had no fast twitch fibres to do anything with.
