20 shoulder touches per arm

15 pistols/leg

Max effort strict pull-ups.

**We are open today in spite of the weather. If you are able to make it in safely, come by and play. The driveway is drifted in pretty badly, so don’t try to take a run at it. Please park in the lot next door instead.
