A) 185# still feeling fast and a good weight after having the flu the last few days
B) 85# this was a conservative weight from other times doing this, but I really wanted to lock in my midline and keeping my hips square. Mission accomplished
C) Knew this one was going to become a lung burner from the get go. Pulled off 14 rnds even (80# kb/20# med ball). Thanks to Catherine for being beside me to have someone to race against.
