A. Worked up to 100#. I’ve been doing box squats for quite some time, so today i made an executive decision and changed the height on the box. I dropped the squat a tiny bit – we’ll see how my knee feels tomorrow. But for today it’s still good – yahoooooo!!
B. 13:01 with 35# KB. This was a doozy! The lunges did me in, and then i went on the airdyne instead of the run – wicked…but felt so good once done!!!!
A) 145#, 170#, 180#x2
B) 14:29 I think. 44# KB
