A. Handstand/headstand/floor work – Some options to work on: 3×10 heel pulls, tuck to handstand, handstand push-up negatives, etc.
B. 5 rounds for time of:
3 hang power cleans (@70% of 1 RM clean) + 3 front squats
9 deadlifts using the same bar
12 bar hop burpees.
