Awesome week! Got my DU’s on Monday, PR’ed my push press yesterday, and my 500m row today!
A). Back squats done.
B). 1:51:06 for my 500m row. A leisurely almost 14 min 3000m row.

A. Back squats at 135# and 145#
B. 1:45.4… PR!!! 4.9 seconds!! YAY
C. Done
Then I did the push presses from Tuesday. I didn’t have a 1RM yet. Got up to 125# It wasn’t perfect, I re-bent my knee a little bit. Then I tried a pull up with a green band. (usually use black) I almost made it, but I think I was exhausted by then.

Yay for PR days, way to go Colleen and Kristie, loved seeing you guys rock today!!! Today was a PR day for moi toooo!! Hooray!!
A. Box squats. 80# and 95#.
B. 1:51.1, a 4 second PR! Used the pacer – made a BIG difference!
C. Done, wow that 3000m row was BRUTAL after the previous row!!! My legs were done! 14:01
D. 130 boat rockers, still in a modified pose…just can’t put my arms over my head yet!
After all this I worked on some neg. pullups, and tried getting Toes to Bar – got 4!!! And then one chest to bar!!! WHOOP!! And to top it all off 2 pullups as well!!! A whole whack of goodness…getting stronger peeps!!! Loving it!!
