A. 85#, 90#, 100#. Upped the height of my box for this today, knee has been cranky…and it felt good – YAY!

C. The 15# DB were taken, so I swallowed the lump in my throat and grabbed the 20#’s…and it was fine! Only 11 sec. slower from my last PR. 6:37.
D. Pull up neg. work.
A Worked off 145# 1RM back squat weight.
B. Worked off 105# 1RM front squat weight.
C. I should have taken the 25# weights, but they just felt so heavy today, so I used the 20#ers, which I’ve used the last 2 times I’ve done the manmakers. Faster by 10 secs over my Nov time.
Practiced some pull up negatives.
