This is the last known photo of this wall. The deconstruction is taking place as I write this, and hopefully we’ll have a lot more space come tomorrow (Tuesday). If you’re not busy Tuesday morning, come on by the gym and help put it back into some semblance of order for the noon class. I’ll be there from probably 8:30 am onward. Any help will be much appreciated!
A. Back squat – Work up to a heavy set of 5.
B. 5 rounds for time of:
15 Russian KB swings
3 clapping push-ups* + 6 push-ups
6 weighted lunges/leg (2 DBs or KBs)
*These are optional for people who are proficient at push-ups on the floor. If you have at least 15-20 rock solid push-ups (i.e. good form, no snaking, no collapsing shoulders), then have at it. If not, just do 9 regular push-ups.
