A. Practice jerk balance with just the barbell, or a light weight. Then work up to a heavy but sub-maximal set of the following complex: 1 clean + 2 split jerks (can be each leg forward, or just use dominant leg for both).
B. Weather permitting, 4 rounds for time of:
6 tire flips
2 laps sled pull
Run 400 m.
Wear something dark coloured if you plan on flipping the tires.
If it’s raining, we will modify accordingly.
I like our bigger inside gym space, but I also really enjoyed taking the workout outside today.
A. Worked up to multiple sets at 85 and 95. It didn’t hurt today, which is an improvement. Starting to improve my technique, slowly but surely.
B. 18:03 I think. Used the medium tire. Was fun with Lise and Melissa.
