Happy Birthday, Kelly! There is actually a CrossFit WOD named Kelly, but it’s a bit excessive for most mere mortals. Instead we are going to do another named workout that I know is a favourite of Kelly’s.
A. Front squat – Work up to a heavy set of 3 reps.
B. “Annie”, for time:
50, 40, 30, 20, 10 reps each of double-unders, alternating with sit-ups. We’ve done this one a few times before, so you can compare to Jan 8, Mar 5, July 3, or Dec 19, 2013.

A. Front squats 155×3, 165×2
B. Annie rx’d in 7:49, DU broken up today, have done it sub 7 before.
A) 165#
B) 5:55 Rx’d PR by 17 sec. I was trying to stay ahead of Colin.
Nice work on the sub 6, Hillary!
Also, we should front squat together!!
A. 225 on the front squat, which felt decent. I decided to call it there because it was my second squat session of the day.
B. 5:57…. two seconds slower than Hillary, but a 26 second PR. She got ahead on the round of 50, then I gained 5 reps on rounds 40 and 30, and we were almost neck and neck for the last two rounds. Situps were unbroken, and only had a 2-3 misfires on the DUs.
