A) 200#, felt really solid and am looking to up the weight if we keep on this pattern
B) 11:12 (50# DB’s) a saucy little number that gave the gift of heavy weight and Super sized Burpees.
A. 145# felt pretty heavy but I know I can do more because I have in the past. Hope to up the weight a little next week. Was inspiring to watch Catherine push herself.
B. 12;something. This one almost killed me and I only used 25#. It was the burpees. Like Jay said, super sized. Had trouble making my legs work after this week and then the front squats. Plus Colin made us do the cleans from the floor. I almost cried.
And… then you proceeded to kick the workout’s ass, and lived to tell the tale. I’d say that’s a good day’s work.
