A. Back squat – 5×2@87%.
B. 15 minute AMRAP of:
1 lap sled pull (facing away from sled)
1 lap sled drag (facing sled, with a row)
2 laps overhead plate lunges (45/25)
3 laps farmer’s carry (2 DBs or KBs).
The lap numbers may be modified slightly if we end up doing this outside.
Nice to get to workout with the noon crew!
B. Outside: 2 full rounds plus almost one sled drag length
Lunges were the hardest part!
Definitely was fun in the sun!
A: used 130# very excited to test the back squats soon n
B: 2 and 1.75 almost finished the sled drag. I used 125# for the sled work, and 55# KB for the farmer’s carry

B. Jumped in with the final 6 pm crew and did this one with 215# on the sled, 45# plate, and 100# DBs. I got 2 rounds + 1.75 (almost finished the sled pull). The sled was definitely the easiest part, but it was fun overall.
