21 box jumps (20/16).

A. Done. Didn’t time my ME HS, but they felt longer than usual! Yay!!
B. 13:32, seconds longer than last time but, I did 3/4 my body weight today and step ups. Both of which I didn’t do a year ago. Sweet!!
A. Done. Tried some very primary cartwheel progressions, even though I was cranky and didn’t feel like trying something new. Thanks, Colin!
B. “Christine” in 15:43 using 155# and 20″ box. I was pretty sore from yesterday and did I mention tired and cranky? I was just hoping to physically and mentally be able to complete the workout so I’m happy with that. I think I have done this before but not on that date so nothing to compare.
A) shoulder rolls and candlesticks feeling better.
B) 155# and 20″ step ups 11 per side, 13:28
