This is the heaviest I went when we did these last year, and it still feels heavy, but I’m pretty sure my form and depth are much better than they were last year. And my 1 RM hasn’t changed since then, either. I am hoping that squatting 2x/week is going to help me improve. B. 4 + 22, using green + thick red band, 60# KB and DU’s. Was a tough one today.
