A. Snatch – Take 20 minutes to find your 1 rep max. If you are new, work on technique.

B. Every minute on the minute (EMOTM) for 12 minutes:

3 DB snatches (heaviest possible)

6 burpees.

Alternate arms each round, i.e. Round 1 – 3 with right arm, Round 2 – 3 with left arm, etc.

C. Tabata boat rockers.

 

It’s time for a clean slate! The PR board has been erased, mostly because we need some space for all the new back squat PRs. If you need any info from it, write it down while you have a chance.
