B. 112.5#, which is a small PR for me.
C. Because of the large noon group we worked in pairs and alternated sled pulls with sand bag carries. Very hard work, but fun.
A. Used 95#. Felt really solid today.
B. 165#. PR. It’s been a nice run of strength PR’s lately. Very pleased.
C. Used 168.75. It was brutal but I finished. Don’t know my time and maybe it’s better that way.
I did kind of a mishmash today.
A. OH squat – 175 for 3, which felt really good. I tried for 190 three times, but just wasn’t quite locking it out. In retrospect, I should have probably tried to get 185 for 3 instead, as my current PR 185 for 2.
B. Back squat – 6×2@245.
C. 20 laps sled pull at bodyweight – 24:50ish at 185#.
