A. Cleans – Every minute on the minute for 7 minutes, do 1 power clean + 1 clean at 70-75%.
B. This one is a mishmash of two CrossFit workouts, Karen (150 wall balls for time) and G.I. Jane (100 burpee pull-ups):
For time:
75 wall balls (14/20 lbs)
50 burpee pull-ups.
If you can do unassisted pull-ups, the pull-up bar height should be above your highest reach while standing on the ground. If you cannot do unassisted pull-ups, your workout will look like this:
75 wall balls (14/20 lbs)
3 rounds of: 10 box jumps (20″/24″), 10 burpees, 10 pull-ups (foot assisted).
