Skill work of your choice, plus a conditioning workout from earlier this week OR an entire workout from earlier this week.
I meant to include this is in the mass email last week, but forgot. Janelle suggested this one, and I think it’s a good idea. The challenge is to complete 3000 double-unders over the course of one month. If you do the math, this works out to 100 DUs per day. This might be out of reach for some of you who aren’t (yet!) proficient with double-unders yet, so here’s the plan. We will have three levels of commitment – 1000, 2000, and 3000 double-unders. The daily math works out to 33, 66, and of course 100 per day. If you don’t have somewhere to skip daily… well, you’ll have some catching up to do when you are at the gym. If there are double-unders in a workout, you may count them towards your daily total. There will be a sign-up sheet at the gym so you can track your progress.
This will be a great challenge for me this month!
