A. 3-position snatch – Work up in weight, then do 5 sets at approx. 80%, if your technique is solid.
B. 3 rounds for time of:
15 overhead squats (65/95 OR 50% of OH squat max, whichever is LESS)
20 toes-to-bar (or variation).
