You totally had me. I literally stared, completely confused at this workout for a full minute. Lol!

Omg!! I was almost ready to borrow a hula hoop from work for tonight… Glad I dont! I don’t have that kind of coordination!

I only have one suggestion….always wear workout clothes to do your heavy lifts. I forgot my workout bag at home, popped in at gym to pick something up and ended up doing the WOD in my work slacks. Bought a new Crossfit tank top!! Got a 160lb PR in back squat. Feeling pretty confident I could do even better, I loaded up to 170lbs…deep breath…squat down….and….rrrrrip….yep, split my pants!!! All I could do now was scream “pants”, and start laughing at the bottom of my 170lbs squat…fail!!!! Oh well…maybe next time! LOL!
