A. Snatch balance practice – Take 10 minutes to work up to a moderately heavy set of 2.

B. High hang snatch – Work up to a moderately heavy set of 2, then do 3 more sets at that weight.

C. 6 rounds for time of:

8 DB snatches per arm (heavy but not maximal)

32 double-unders.

There are 5 dozen jumbo eggs available if you want any — $3.50/dozen. Each egg is about 1.5-2 regular eggs, so it’s a good deal.

Also, the Olympic weightlifting class tomorrow will be at 7:30 pm rather than 7 pm.
