This one comes from Strong First, and it’s called the Tactical Strength Challenge.
A. Find your 1 rep max deadlift. You get 3 official attempts, just like in a competition.
B. Max strict pull-ups in one set.
C. 5 minute KB snatch test for reps at 55 lbs / 35 lbs. Switch hands as needed.
**Just a reminder that the first daytime Olympic weightlifting class will be at 10:30 am today.**
Yaay first daytime oly class! It was nice to finally get back in to a full hour of just focusing on the lifts. (The barbell is the best stress reliever) we ended up staying for the noon class and had the perfect amount of time in between to have lunch on the picnic table, curtosy of chef microwave.
