A. Find your 1 rep max press.

B. Find your 5 rep max back squat. (Last testing week was 1 rep max, but since we’ve been doing 20 rep squats, the 5 rep max is more appropriate. Raise your hand if you want to do a true 20 rep max back squat. Yeah, that’s what I thought.)

C. Row 1 km for time.
