In preparation for some new PRs, the PR board has been erased. If you need anything from it (you shouldn’t, because you’re writing all your workouts and lifts down… right?), here’s the last known photo of the board.PR board Dec 2015

A. CrossFit Total – Find your 1 rep max back squat, press, and deadlift. Your score is the sum of the highest weights lifted for all three lifts. Check out Mark Rippetoe’s article in the CrossFit Journal, and particularly his words about choosing your weights. Come in with a plan. You get three official attempts (not counting warm-up sets), so choose wisely.
