Imagine if getting up out of a chair was a max-effort exercise for you, or if going up and down stairs was a real struggle. It’s not fun!
For the members in our Silvers fitness program for seniors, often their workouts focus on building strength and capacity in everyday situations – squatting, picking up heavy things, carrying heavy things.
And yeah… sometimes they grumble and joke about doing the work (we all do sometimes!), but slowly but surely, they are getting better at those everyday tasks, and their quality of life improves.
Train hard in the gym so that everyday life is easier!
