A. Front squat: 1×3@80%, 1×3@85%, 3×1@90%; rest 2 min in between sets.
B. For reps, 2 min work, 1 min rest of:
Wall balls
Pullups
Shuttle run (I’d like to do this outside in the parking lot, so hopefully the weather cooperates.)

Should we bring rubber boots if its gonna be outside? 🙂
I prefer galoshes, myself. If it’s too muddy, we’ll run indoors.
Whose definition of “too muddy” are we using?
You know, that guy who does that thing in that place. With the mud.
So many questions. I’ll let people choose. So far nobody has braved the elements.
A) 1×3 at 150#, 1×3 @ 160#, 1 @ 170#, failed second attempt, went down to 165#, failed so went down to 155#. Annoying since 160# had felt light in the second set.
B) WB 42, pull ups 26, suicides 10. I think I was the only one brave enough to do them outside. I ran back and forth in the parking lot. People driving past slowed down to watch. Maybe I’ll be in Steinbach Online tomorow.
A) worked up to 225, about 5% of the rx’d number but definately heavy for today.
B) 68 wall balls (managed to go unbroken for the 2 minutes which I’m really happy about); 41 pull-ups (need some work on my endurance in this area); 36 sprints (felt good to move the legs after everything else)
Impromptu C) the 4 and 5 PM class went for an ~1 mile run. Congrats to all for getting out following this WOD and a bigger shout out to those that have not run in a long time.
YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!! Wish I would have thought of that Hillary!
