A. Snatch balance – work up to a heavy set of two reps.
B. 3 rounds for time of:
10 dumbell thrusters
20 pullups
Run 800 m.
Yes, this is the same workout as Saturday, but since nobody did it then… it’s up again.

A: 75# I tried for 80# but it wasnt going to happen today.
B: 25:53. I used 25# kettle bells and the thick red band and blue band. This was a huge challange today but in the end I finished. I did however get caught walking a bit but thanks to Colin he pushed me to keep running.
I hope I don’t have to see this workout again for awhile.
A. Got up to 95#, which is 10# heavier than I’ve ever managed before. Felt solid, though I could still be a lot faster under the bar. Pleased with the progress.
B. 22:59 using 30# DB and green + thin red band. Ugh. Tough. Glad it’s done :).
Oh yeah I almost forgot…Thanks for the push, Colin! I wouldn’t have attempted a 95# snatch balance otherwise.
You had a significant PR already prior to that, so what was there to lose? Well done!
A) 115#, tried for 120# but was way too slow under the bar so I’m not going to count it.
B) 24:43, 30# DB. A good workout – not as ugly as I thought it was going to be.
A. Last successful set of two was at 145. I tried 160 a few times, which would have been a PR, but only managed one dubious rep.
B. 17:05, with 45# DBs.
