If you showed up for the 9 am class this morning, I sincerely apologize for not showing up on time. I don’t quite know how it happened, but as near as I can tell, my cellphone (which I use as an alarm) decided to switch time zones or something and was showing an hour earlier than it actually was. I was walking around the house at 8:10 and realized none of the clocks in the house matched what time I thought it was, nor the time my phone said it was. I immediately headed to the gym, but too late.
If you were there, and if this ever happens again, feel free to call my cell and inquire as to my whereabouts, as I’ve probably messed up somehow. My cell number is on the front door, and on the website.
Fun workout! Actually, just a fun time. Glad I came back for the noon workout after not getting into the 9 am workout. Discussing Uggs and Wal-Mart shoppers. I wonder what we’ll decide to talk about tomorrow.

B. 7 + 16 if I remember correctly. Seemed to go on f o r e v e r. But was fun watching Jay, Shelley and Colin throw down after I was done.
A. 135 for the OH squats.
B. This was a nice burner. 7 rounds + 17 reps. Jay and I did pull-ups instead of ring rows, which was a nice challenge.
