B) PR’ed! Yeah! 12:41.9 min. In October had 12:59 min. It helps to set the paceboat to keep me going.
C) Done.
A. Worked up to 235 for 6. Focused on trying to accelerate on the upward portion.
B. Slow pull-ups from yesterday – 40#, 50#, 50# added on the negative.
C. 3 km row – 11:11.6. Didn’t really feel like I was warm until the final 1500 m.
Worked up to 160# x6, skipped the row because I had a long-lasting cold. 🙁
